Do I need to have Monday open?

No. Echo has a direct connection to Monday, so you can work in Monday from inside Echo without keeping the Monday website open.

Can Echo record and transcribe calls?

Call recording and call transcription are built into Echo. They’re part of the calling workspace.

Can I use my own AI assistant?

Yes. Echo gives you the ability to add your own AI assistant to the workspace. Adjutant organizes guidance into Brief, Gaps, Next, Cues, and Prep views.
