Privacy Policy
Effective October 18, 2026
Echo is operated by Great Marketing LLC. This policy covers the Echo website at echo.gmportal.net, the Echo Chrome extension, the local desktop companion, and connected Adjutant assistant features. For questions or privacy requests, contact web@greatmarketingllc.com.
Information Echo processes
- Account and connection information: your Monday user and account identifiers, display name, account name, linked device names and identifiers, assistant authorizations, authentication/session tokens, and connection preferences. Monday sign-in verifies your identity; Echo does not receive your Monday password.
- CRM information: records and boards you access through your connected Monday account, including contact and company names, phone numbers, email addresses, mapped columns, updates, emails and activities available through that connection, and related lead context.
- Google Voice communications: phone numbers, displayed contact or business names, call history, call status and duration, text-message threads and content, voicemail content and playback information, and commands needed to perform actions you initiate. The extension reads supported information from your signed-in Google Voice tab.
- Recordings and work product: call audio, microphone audio used for recording or dictation, uploaded audio files, transcripts, summaries, notes, drafts, audio retention decisions, and Adjutant conversations and requests.
- Technical information: supported tab URLs and IDs used for pairing, local preferences, IP addresses and request metadata received by the hosted service, and diagnostic or security logs. Echo does not use the extension to collect general browsing history across unrelated websites.
How information is used
Echo uses this information to connect your devices and accounts; operate calls, messaging and voicemail; display and update CRM records; record and transcribe conversations; prepare lead guidance and notes; deliver requests to your connected assistant; and maintain, troubleshoot and secure these features. Call recording can begin automatically when a call connects if the recording integration is active. You are responsible for deciding when recording is appropriate and obtaining any required participant consent.
Echo does not sell personal information or use communication, CRM or assistant content for advertising, data-broker services, credit decisions, or training general-purpose AI models.
Where information is stored
The extension stores tab-pairing preferences and Monday board/button mappings in Chrome's local extension storage. The workspace also uses browser storage for preferences and certain pending work. The desktop companion stores local recordings, transcripts, notes, assistant conversations, CRM connection settings and processing records on your computer. Speech transcription is performed by the local companion.
Echo's hosted service stores account identities, sign-in sessions, device links, assistant authorizations and operational event/delivery records. Authorized assistant requests and results can pass through this service between your device and assistant. Tool payloads are generally relayed through short-lived server memory; queued event or delivery records can persist for recovery. Standard hosting logs may contain request metadata.
Sharing and connected services
- Google: Google Voice processes calls, messages and voicemail under your Google account. Echo interacts with that service through your paired browser tab.
- Monday: Echo reads and writes records through your connected Monday account. With the completed-call workflow configured, it posts summaries and applicable transcripts to the verified lead. Audio is uploaded to Monday only after you choose to keep it.
- Your selected assistant provider: when you connect an assistant, it may receive authorized lead context, CRM information, notes, transcripts, messages and requests needed to provide that feature. Its own privacy and retention terms apply to information sent to it. Echo does not require one particular assistant provider.
- Service providers: Echo uses hosting and infrastructure providers to operate the hosted website and account/connection service. These providers may process information necessary to deliver and secure those services.
Information posted to Monday or sent through Google Voice is also subject to your account's access settings and those providers' policies. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to investigate security incidents or protect against fraud or abuse. Any transfer in a business sale or merger will follow applicable consent and disclosure requirements.
Recording retention and deletion
For calls using Echo's current retention workflow, voicemail or automated-only calls and calls under one minute of connected, non-hold time are marked for audio discard. Other or uncertain calls wait for your explicit Keep audio or Discard audio decision; Adjutant does not decide whether audio has training value. Applicable transcripts and summaries may be retained even when audio is discarded.
Temporary local audio is scheduled for cleanup after the recovery period, normally 24 hours after the associated Monday publication is confirmed. Failed publication, incomplete processing, or a pending decision can keep local files longer. Older recordings created before this workflow are not automatically erased. Downloaded copies and files already posted to Monday remain until removed from those locations.
Other local notes and conversations remain until deleted from their storage location. Hosted sign-in sessions normally expire after eight hours; account, device and authorization records have separate operational expiration periods, generally up to one year, and event/recovery records can remain for up to 31 days. Expired records are periodically removed from the active database; hosting logs and backups may have separate recovery lifetimes. Contact us to request deletion of hosted account information. Disconnecting an account or assistant stops its authorized future access but does not itself delete previously stored local files or copies held by other services.
Permissions, security and your choices
Echo's extension uses scoped website access for Google Voice, Monday, the Echo website and its supported local endpoints. It uses storage for configuration, scripting to run packaged integration code, and context menus for tab pairing. It does not request Chrome's debugger permission. You can review or revoke extension site access, clear tab pairing, disconnect devices or assistants from your Echo account, and revoke provider connections. Some features will stop working when the required access is removed.
The hosted service uses HTTPS and authenticated account, device and assistant connections. Local companion endpoints are restricted to loopback access and validated callers. Security also depends on your computer, browser profile and connected accounts. We do not routinely review private communication content; human access is limited to your specific consent for support or circumstances necessary for security or legal compliance.
We use essential session cookies and browser storage for authentication and functionality. The supplied public landing page does not include third-party advertising or analytics scripts.
Limited Use commitment
Echo's use and transfer of information received from Google services adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Information received from Google APIs, if used by a connected feature, is subject to the same commitment.
Updates and contact
We will update this policy when Echo's data practices change and revise the effective date. Material changes to collection or sharing will be disclosed through an appropriate product or account notice. Send access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests to web@greatmarketingllc.com. We may need to verify account ownership before fulfilling a request.
